Yule is celebrated as the winter solstice and marks the longest night of the year. It is a time of rebirth and renewal as it signifies the return of the Sun and the lengthening of days, bringing hope for the coming spring.
Yule is a time of feasting, gift giving and the lighting of candles and fires to symbolize the return of the light, as well as for rituals that honour the cycles and the importance of community. Stay up all night and welcome the the sun after the darkest night of the year

This is a great time of the year to review your year and set new goals and intentions for the coming year.

DIRECTIONS: Add contents of jar to a pot or deep pan. Cover with about a liter of water and let simmer. Keep the water topped up and enjoy as the smell of Christmas fills the house.
